International Orders
We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. All orders are free shipping. Usually, if every item in your order is in stock, goods will be shipped out 1-2 days after receiving the order. Please allow around 3-5 working days from dispatch. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
*If our prodcuts have any quality question, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange.

*We are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us with your Order ID and the tracking number of your order before sending the items back. To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.We don't accept Christian Louboutin are used and even worn.

*We do accept returns on all unworn new items within 7 days of receipt of the product.Once the item arrives we will refund the money to you through the original method of payment, but will deduct the shipping fee. We do not cover the shipping cost of return, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping cost of sending the items to you.

Cancellations

We accept cancellation before order was shipped, cancellation fee is 15%. Once order was sent out, cancellation was not accepted.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our online customer service or email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
